Megan Koop is currently a photographer enrolled at the Academy of Art University for a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Photography.
Megan has been shooting since she was six years old. Her start as the family historian then four years in high school ignited her passion and she never looked back. She became inspired by Annie Liebovitz and Andy Warhol and not to forget a movie called Twister. One of her biggest dreams is to be a weather photographer. She has a restless nature and loves to explore.
Megan also enjoys working with her hands having taken a printmaking class and a silk-screening class. She wants to get better in book binding and various other ways to be as creative as she can. She hopes to return to traditional photography in the future. But for now she is working with digital photography, exploring fashion and portraiture.
And she will be diving back into Journalism this next semester {Spring 2012}
